Digital Work Instructions replace traditional paper-based manuals with interactive, visual, and real-time guidance for operators. By delivering step-by-step instructions on a touch screen PC directly at the workstation, they standardise processes, reduce errors, and improve efficiency.
Sextans-RT is the core core operator-facing application used by Sorion systems. Running on a touch screen PC, Sextans-RT displays step-by-step instructions, connects with devices and collects production data.
Sextans Workspace Manager is the core management software for all workstations. This is where engineers can manage their hardware, users, production data and processes.
Orion QTR (Quality, Traceability and Reporting) is the application that produces in-depth reports based on the production data gathered by Sextans.
